My car died on the side of the highway and I called this towing company based on the reviews. They showed up in less than 30 minutes and the driver was friendly and helpful. He loaded my car quickly and safely and even gave me a ride to the shop. The truck was clean and looked well maintained. He didn’t try to charge anything extra either. Price was fair considering it was a last minute call. Only thing I’d say is the phone system could be a little clearer but they answered on the second try. I felt safe and taken care of the whole time. If your car breaks down and you need someone fast and honest this is the company to call. They made a bad situation way less stressful. I saved their number in my phone for next time.
Very easy to work with, quick to respond and reasonable price. I will definitely call him the next time I need a tow truck in Naples,Florida.

RIPOFF! Charged $700 to tow three miles and put a lien on the car! absolute crooks! If they show up at an accident, sent them away any use anyone else. -------------------------- The response shows what kind of people they are. I have insurance, GIECO, and the adjuster was there YESTERDAY, the day before the response! So they obviously know that and chose to post a lie about me. And the car was NOT in a canal. It was off the side of the road at the corner of Pine Ridge and Kramer Drive. Look at a map - there is NO canal, it was a dry ditch as shown in the attached image. Remember, posting lies online can be considered libel, and very poor business practice. ALSO - Check out their 1 star ratings on Yelp, MapQuest and Yahoo, along with their BBB complaints! Stellar - NOT!
This company are thift for money,my car was in a crash it could be taken, they still towed it when I had the money 3 weeks after I could pay only cash I heard from a sheriff supervisor,and others that suid this man! Talking peoples cars without saying anything they want your money, don't leave your car without attendance. This time they did it again they did it again at the parking lot after I moved it from that place.
