My partner and I used Bendigo Mortage brokers to buy our first family home. I was half way through pregnancy when we started with Glenn and live 300+kms away from Bendigo. Glenn and Lily went above and beyond to help us with everything, they explained everything and were so fast and efficient at returning calls and sending emails and mail. I was a first homebuyer, went to Glenn after randomly looking at a house and loving it. Had no idea about deposits or anything. Glenn helped us straight away, letting us know what our budget would be for making an offer. When i made the offer the realestate agent called Glenn and was reassured our offer was legit. And from there he gave us good advice and phone numbers for all the steps, and sorted us out quickly with a loan that was very affordable and suited our needs. Zero complaints, he made something that was otherwise super stressfull quite easy and straightforward. Enjoyed dealing with them.
