I recently had Mr. Electric install a dedicated line and outlet for my EV charger, and the experience was excellent. The technician, Aleksey, was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process, tested the system under load, and made sure everything was working safely and correctly. The installation looks clean and well-built, and the system works perfectly. The price was absolutely worth it for the quality and peace of mind. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend Mr. Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done right.
Last week Justin was out for an electrical issue I was having. Very polite, informative and helpful. Discussing now with my husband about our upgrade but after looking into his quote and educating myself on what was said he is spot on for the work ( without overpricing the job). Very impressed. Aleksey and Tim did outstanding work in my home office. They replaced an old ceiling fan with a modern light fixture, added four recessed spot lights, installed dimmer switches, and put in a new smoke detector. The difference in the room is incredible — the lighting is smoother, brighter, and much more comfortable to work in. Both technicians were professional, careful, and very detail-oriented. They explained the options, made sure everything was done safely, and left the workspace clean. I really appreciate the quality of their work and the care they put into every step. I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend Mr. Electric.
We had Mr. Electric come out and do service on our generator. Their technician, Devin Libby, quickly diagnosed the issue. He did a thorough check on the system. He did not have the part he needed to fix our generator but within 20 minutes he had a new part and the installation was quick. He went over the pros and cons of having a contract with Mr Electric and because of our confidence in him we bought an annual service plan. We have used Mr Electric several times in the past and have been pleased with the ease of getting an appointment and the quality of work. We are even more pleased with the services of Devin. He will be our go-to generator contractor.
Devin Libby was a great representative of this company. He started by doing a full walkthrough of my electrical system, and even showed me issues in things I didn’t know were a problem. Having him here to help was a huge relief when it came to the safety of my home. Once we made it through the free home inspection, he took a look at the multiple ceiling fans I wanted to install. He diligently checked for proper box installation before ensuring he could install the fans properly, and gave me a very reasonable price to replace my fans. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric to anybody looking for any electrical service, and especially Devin!
