A previous Meraki customer, unfortunately, they are no longer in business. Hired Steve and his staff for maintenance issues. He was very clear about the upfront cost for service calls, and he was a great person to work with. Have also added a Tesla battery backu. Showed up on time. Worked until the job was finished which was late into the night. Came back to make sure things were working well and explained and helped hook up my app. Would not hesitate to recommend him and his staff for any solar panel or Tesla battery questions or installation.

Jake was amazing. Super knowledgeable, friendly and was even able to fit me in earlier than scheduled. My granddaughter was his helper for the day and he was so gracious with allowing her to watch and learn what he was doing. Very responsive with initial request, handled all the warranties equipment replacements. I didn’t have to do anything but call the first time for help.

I reached out after discovering my solar system wasn’t producing and the original installer had gone out of business. Another company wanted hundreds of dollars just to come “take a look.” He took the time to walk me through everything over the phone, answered my questions clearly, and helped me safely restart the system without trying to upsell me or pressure me into unnecessary service. Within minutes we had the inverter back online and producing again. What stood out most was his professionalism and transparency. He explained what was happening, confirmed what needed to be done, and treated me with respect the entire time. That kind of integrity goes a long way. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, and willing to actually help instead of just sending an invoice, I highly recommend giving him a call. Steve has earned a repeat customer today; I’ll absolutely be calling him for any future solar service needs.

Found MSM Solar LLC on Angi, was impressed with the initial call. Steve fully explained pricing and service calls. In less than a week he had a knowledgeable tech at my house who found the problem with the circuit breaker right away: bad install (Titan Solar handywork) and fixed me up. He saw a potential issue with the inverter due to the breaker, but tried to get me back online. The inverter ended up giving up, and they ordered a replacement (warranty). Once I let them know it arrived, the tech was back THE NEXT DAY to install. They make me reconsider my negative opinion of solar from my Titan experience. I'm impressed and will keep them on speed dial!

I hope the the guy driving the grey Toyota with MSM Solar on the tailgate does solar better than he drives!
