My daughter often spoke highly of the representative from the National Cremation Society when they hosted weekly luncheons at Coopers Hawk. When my mother turned 87, I decided to reach out for information, but the communication and process was so easy, we decided to proceed with purchasing a cremation package. After my delaying investigating National Cremation Society ("NCS") I finally made the time to hear more and get my questions answered. I attended a lunch hosted by NCS and Zoee and the information was thorough, easy to follow, and answered all my questions and some I didn't know I had. My husband and I signed up on the spot and now upon our demise it is an easy one call to put the arrangements in motion. No one wants to talk about or think about passing, but unless Jesus comes in my or your lifetime it is a subject that should be addressed. And I am very glad we addressed it and signed up with NCS!
Joshua Shook was both professional and knowledgeable regarding the services provided. He walked my family through all the steps and was there with us at this difficult time explaining it all and answering any questions we had. I will refer he and National Cremation Society to others.
