I am submitting this review to provide feedback on my experience with Nature Coast Solar, specifically concerning the installation of their solar pool water heating system. I commend the company for the quality of their workmanship, their demonstrated professional knowledge, their effective communication, and their prompt response times. The provided estimate was reasonable, and the installation of the system was completed the following day, requiring just over three hours. The owner (Humberto) arrived with his employees (Jacob & George) first thing in the morning and worked alongside them until job completion. It was a pleasure to communicate with them and observe their workmanship. Upon completion of the system installation, Jacob provided a comprehensive explanation of the system's operation to ensure my complete understanding. This is a great team! Nature Coast Solar is certainly a 5 out of 5 company in all aspects. I highly recommend Nature Coast Solar to anyone considering a solar pool water heating system. They are great professionals!
I first spoke with Dawn about my pool solar not heating. Felt like I was talking to an old friend. Very welcoming, listened to my issue and scheduled a tech. Fixed quickly and heat working. A different issue surfaced and they came back out. Tried everything it could possibly be between my pool service company and Nature Coast. Owner-Bert- came out and walked me through understanding causes and spent the time to show me exactly issues snd how to fix. Bottom line- got to the bottom of the issue and all is well. I can’t say enough good things about the level of service they provided. I highly recommend Nature Coast Solar for any service or install needs for pool solar systems.
Today I had someone come out to check the solar panels and the solar power box. They were great and everything was working once the valves were turned back on. LOL!!! Very good company to work with and that includes office workers also. Great customer service!!!
Bert the owner was amazing. He came to my house to give me an estimate on replacing, repairing or removing old solar and he came up with a solution even better than I could've imagined. He's fair, honest and experienced and ll about the customer's satisfaction. Will definitely use this company again. Very happy with the work and would recommend to anyone.
Nature Coast is a very reliable and trustworthy company. Replacing our roof, we needed our heater panels removed and re-installed. They arrived on time and went straight work. Carefully handled and stored panels in our lanai to prevent damage. As they returned they professionally reinstalled panels and replaced all seals and hardware. They also noted the pvc valves were deteriorated and gave us a great deal to replace them and the control valve. Once they were done you could not tell the system had ever been touched. Perfection. Workers were very courteous and professional. Make NCS your choice when it comes to your solar needs, you will love the results. Thanks Burt and gang.
