Masoud has serviced and provided safety certs for our rental houses and own houses for the past few years. He is an absolutely great guy always happy and willing to help. His work is first class, he responds and attends at very short notice. Highly recommend. I would not consider anyone else as always delighted with the high level of service he provides.

Masoud was recommended to me after another company tried to rip me off. After a quick chat with Masoud I called the other company back to put right what they did. Masoud then came and did my boiler service correctly with no concerns on my part. I would recommend.

Had a faulty fan on an old boiler. Called Newcastle Boiler Maintenance and Masoud arrived within a couple of hours and in 30 minutes or so had fitted a replacement fan and gasket. No sales pitch,no mess ! Very reasonable price. Couple of hours later noticed a strange noise text and call later he’d diagnosed the problem and came back first thing the next day … job done! Highly recommended!!!( booked a service too!)

Masoud is fantastic, incredibly knowledgable and will say the best provider for boilers and expansion vessels. Extremely tidy, has the right equipment, cannot recommend anymore. He’s second to none.
