My experience was very poor. I arrived early but the massage didn't start until 15 mins after the agreed appointment time. It would seem customers must turn up on time and honour appointments but staff don't. If anyone is not able to honour the time agreed then they should be up front about this. The response below suggests I wanted the appointment to start early - I didn't, I wanted it to start on time. I have been to several different Thai massage shops and this is the only time that I have ever felt staff were rude to me. From the staff member on the front desk to the lady doing the massage. I said to her that I needed some air and that I needed a minute and she said "you put your head back through there". I had to tell her again that I needed some air and a minute to compose myself. She continued being rude and later on I even had to say to her "I am a 42 year old man not a boy". I have never been spoken to like that in my life. I clearly won't be coming back. My advice is to remove her from customer facing duties until she can be trained in those skills as you will only lose more customers. Out of fairness to the shop, I have contacted the shop to raise these concerns directly abd privately and I have not even had an acknowledgement to my email let alone a response hence this review. I would have given them a 2 star review st that point but given they have not replied at all, I am adjusting to one star.

I went there for my first ever massage and couldn’t be more happier. The experience was absolutely amazing. My therapist, Ann, was so lovely and very talented and the rest of the staff were very kind and welcoming. They clearly knew what they were doing, and the massage was really soothing. I felt so renewed. I will be going there again on a regular basis. Thank you for your lovely service and the relaxing massage Ann! 😊

Staff were friendly and professional. It was my first time getting a back wax and they were very understanding about the pain and discomfort. They gave good advice about how often I should get a wax and what to expect with hair regrowth. The place was nice inside: clean and tidy, well lit, and nicely decorated. There was relaxing music playing quietly in the background that I tried to focus on when getting my wax, which added to the overall atmosphere and experience, and took my mind away from the discomfort.

I had a brilliant first back neck and shoulder massage with Kim. She realised quickly how knotted my shoulders are and arranged for extra times she could deal with it properly! It was a great experience and very relaxing despite the discomfort on the really tense parts. The stretching element is intense, but felt great afterwards. I’ll definitely invest in coming regularly. Thank you Kim!
