From the owner to the call center employees of NonStop Air conditioning-were excellent to work with, I called and spoke with Caleb and explained about my A/C issues and my badge and he was very helpful and honest with his recommendation. He came in the next morning for an estimate and I fell in love with his timing, professionalism and acknowledges . He scheduled for new AC installation for me. Eric Velez (the installers) arrived ahead of schedule and were professional, efficient and did an excellent job. Eric answered all of my questions after he finished with the installation with details. Also went over the thermostat questions I had - he really has a lot of patience on explaining any questions I had. Outstanding job Non-stop! Thank you so much for delivered what promised. I used nonstop, air conditioning for full replacement of my HVAC system at my house and also for service at my mom’s condo and both times their customer service and job ethic was amazing. They take the time to explain your system to you and what the issues are. I highly recommend using them. I’m so glad I was able to find a knowledgeable and honest HVAC company.
