Excellent care at the Kimberly location of Action Physical Therapy. The Clinical Director Chris helped me understand how weakness in several different parts of my body led to injury in other parts, and gave me exercises which make me more aware and stronger, and therefore safer. The whole body approach is a life changer! All of the therapists are exceptional, and the office staff are both friendly and efficient, always greeting me by name. Very strong and enthusiastic recommend.
I was referred to Action Physical Therapy by my primary care physician, even though he is part of a bigger network that has plenty of PT specialists. I will recommend Action Physical Therapy to anyone who needs it! Their staff are professional, caring and a joy to work with. Special thank you to Dr. Trahan who I worked with. Fantastic experience, I hope not to return (because that would mean I would need PT for something) but will be in good hands if I do.
The physical therapy at Action PT was extremely helpful, and after just a few sessions, I was seeing some good results. My therapist Taylor was good at describing each exercise I was to do and then confirming I was doing them correctly. She was very patient. On my last day, I was glad to get a copy (picture and description) of each exercise so I could then do them at home.
Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff were helpful in answering all of my questions concerning billing. The physical therapy staff were always professional, courteous, and very informative of my treatment and care.
Best therapy clinic ever! I love going there for my therapies. Everyone is friendly and servicial, you can see that people enjoy working there. My main therapist was Maddy and she was unbelievably knowledgeable and amazingly caring person. I felt blessed to have her taking care of me. I strongly recommend this place.
