Wonderful place with wonderful people. Patty , the receptionist, with a smile & know how, will assist you with scheduling, insurance or whatever . Wendy , occupational therapist, helps in my care with either assistance to my physical therapist or something funny to say. Fatema, My physical therapist , takes care of me with warm & tender care. Fatema truly tries to make this fat old man physically better. So, great choice if a place for physical therapy.
The owner of SMS Therapy, Yusuf, runs a quality business. His front staff, Patty, works with you to schedule your appointments all the while taking care of insurance and other office details, all without skipping a beat. The therapists I had, Lisa OT, and Jasmine PT are both very experienced and they share their knowledge by explaining the why’s and how’s so you understand. SMS Therapy is where you way to come for your therapeutic needs.
I went to SMS Therapy for severe neck pain and the therapist was excellent. I was given great attention and the exercises helped me alot. The therapist Fatima was very gentle and guided me on how to perform the exercises with great care and detail. I would highly recommend SMS therapy to anyone looking for physical therapy as they have excellent therapists as well as kind and welcoming front desk staff.
Best place ever! They really listen to what’s going on and take their time on working with you. You can really tell they know what they’re doing. Truly make me feel like family. Will always be my place of recommendation
