We have been going to Space Therapy for about a year now and have been so pleased with everything. We have two children who have weekly appointments. Our youngest has been in OT with Mr. Randy for about a year and we've seen considerable changes and growth in our son over that time. A year ago, I would not have thought that possible, but it's helped our family so much. Randy's approach with our kiddo is spot on. He just really "gets" him. He sees him for exactly who he is and provides him with the guidance, learning, and communication that he needs. Randy is also great at listening and communicating with us, the parents, helping us better understand and navigate our child's journey. Our other son has also recently started going once a week with Ms. Susana for OT and she is a delight - our son looks forward to seeing her every week. And while that relationship is still newer to our family, she's been absolutely fantastic at assessing the best paths for him and has listened to our observations, concerns, etc. with open ears. We are extremely grateful for Randy, Susana, and all of the staff at Space. Additionally, the front desk/admin staff are very proactive, friendly, and wonderful to work with.

My son, Paarth, has been receiving behavioral therapy at SPACE, and we are truly grateful for the support he has received. His BCBA, Jo, has been extremely thoughtful and proactive in managing his therapy goals, including addressing his feeding challenges. When Paarth first joined, he would not eat at the center, but with Jo’s guidance and the strategies she suggested, he is now eating comfortably during sessions. This has made a significant difference in his overall regulation and progress. We would also like to sincerely appreciate the RBTs — Miss Kay, Natasha, Fatima, and Christina — for their patience, dedication, and kindness while working with our son. They have built a strong rapport with him, and it truly means a lot to us that Paarth now recognizes and calls his BCBA and RBTs by name, which has been a wonderful developmental milestone for him. That level of comfort and connection speaks volumes about the positive environment they have created. We have seen meaningful improvement in his social and behavioral skills, and we are thankful to the entire SPACE team for their commitment, professionalism, and genuine care. We truly appreciate all that you do.

Gina, Jordan and Randy make experiencing new things less scary and are great about regulating my kids to help them meet their full potential. They meet them where they are and adapt as needed in each session. Kenya and Tori have been great about helping my son with his communication skills and supporting him as a GLP. Kenya has been wonderful about my daughter’s AAC journey and we have felt supported the whole way. Christine has dove right in to DIR and has found new ways to get my kids to work on their gross motor delays and make it fun and interesting. Hope, Jo and Morgan have helped us navigate a really hard journey and made plans to help us meet independence and self regulation goals for the future. Vanessa, Jessica, Jada and Aricellas are the first faces we see when we enter and they are always so welcoming and helpful. Peach, Fatima, Haydee, Cordella, Julitza, Tasha, Laney and Sebastian have been kind, loving, supportive and creative with our kids and have helped them feel safe and loved during their time at SPACE. The owners, Vanessa and Michelle have been supportive of our family through some really difficult times. They have gone far above any expectations of a therapy center owner and we truly appreciate them.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at this speech therapy clinic. Ms. Tori is an excellent speech therapist! She helped our son warm up to her very quickly and has taught us so much about how to support him at home. She is incredibly patient and takes the time to teach new techniques in a way that feels practical and encouraging for parents. Ms. Gina, the clinic director, is also very thorough and thoughtful during assessments. She provides research-backed feedback and helpful resources to truly support each child’s development. She is also very receptive to parent concerns, which makes us feel heard and supported. A big shoutout to Vanessa at the front desk as well — she greets everyone with genuine warmth and handles parents with care and professionalism. Absolutely amazing energy. We feel very grateful to have found this team and highly recommend them to any family looking for supportive, knowledgeable speech therapy.

I chose Space Therapy & Gym primarily for convenience and location, but ultimately decided to discontinue services due to misalignment in approach and environment. While some individual therapists were kind and knowledgeable, the overall model did not feel collaborative or well tailored to my child’s actual needs. Therapy decisions appeared to be driven more by isolated observations than by parent input, history, or context. Despite providing detailed information about triggers, regulation strategies, and what works and does not work for my child, those details were repeatedly misunderstood or overlooked. The clinic environment itself is very busy and noisy, with many children of different ages coming and going. This made sessions and post session transitions more difficult than necessary and added stress rather than reducing it. Additionally, communication often felt one sided, with limited openness to parent feedback or redirection when something was not effective. This may be a fine fit for families looking for a high volume, all in one therapy setting, but it was not the right environment or therapeutic model for us. I recommend that parents ask detailed questions up front about collaboration, session focus, and how parent insight is incorporated into treatment.
