I started physical therapy here two weeks ago following lumbar surgery, and my therapist has been wonderful. I would especially like to thank one of the front office staff members, Joslyn, for the exceptional service she provided yesterday. I accidentally left my phone in the Safe Ride driver’s vehicle, and Joslyn went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. She was incredibly patient and persistent while contacting UHC and Safe Ride, which was not an easy task as she encountered several obstacles before reaching the right person. She also made sure I had a ride arranged so I could get home safely. Thank you again, Joslyn, for your kindness and dedication. Your help truly meant a lot to me, and the warm hug you gave me was exactly what I needed.

I am absolutely appalled by this place. I was a patient and referred many clients there. Sadly, they took advantage of me. While I was suffering from a serious brain injury, they had me sign a form with no explanation of what it was. I was under the impression that it was from my attorney, as they had been in contact with him, and that I would be paying the out-of-pocket rate I always had. They used this third party company to pay inflated prices for my physical therapy, and now I owe $10,500 for about 12 sessions. How can they legally enforce a contract that I signed while cognitively impaired? I was charge over $700 per session for a young therapist to have me throw a ball back and forth with him and give me the same exercise of looking at my thumb while looking left and right. I’m not complaining about the physical therapist, but rather the outrageous charges to do these simple tasks. Therapy Spot Bellaire has evaded my calls and emails, as well as my attorneys, and I have nothing else to do but take legal action and contact the board. This is unethical and unacceptable. It’s bad enough that I have to live with brain damage forever. They should be ashamed for doing this.

I had the pleasure of receiving treatment for neck and shoulder pain from Quinn and Jacob, and my experience was truly exceptional. As someone who does not easily place trust in medical providers, I can say with confidence that this was a rare and positive experience—I completed all 12 sessions and genuinely looked forward to each visit. Their expertise was evident from the start; they consistently identified the source of my pain, applied effective hands-on treatment, and prescribed exercises that made a real difference. Beyond their skill, both therapists were kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout my care. I highly recommend this physical therapy practice to anyone seeking knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective treatment.

I just finished two months of PT with Quinn, and it was the best PT experience of my life. Quinn is brilliant in his treatment - they say he specializes in shoulder therapy but, even I, who had a severe hip injury was able to greatly benefit from his acumen. Not only is he extraordinary in his ability to diagnose and treat, but he is also a wonderful person with a dynamic personality which makes the hour of PT fly by, and it truly made it something I looked forward to every day. Furthermore Joe, Jacob, and Larissa are fantasic professionals who I was able to gain from tremendously; they are very attention to detail with any problem you are having along the way in your recovery and exude a genuine interest in seeing you recover optimally. Likewise, the entire staff is absolutely incredible from the myriad of physical therapists who cultivate a personable and productive environment to the front office administrators who are kind, professional, and accommodating. The entire clinic is clearly spearheaded and guided by the amazing Dr. Lieberman who has created a world reknown Therapy Spot. Thank you so much guys!!

Therapy SPOT Bellaire really is the spot! I HIGHLY recommend going to Therapy SPOT Bellaire. I have worked with other psychical therapists in the past to help me with my neck and shoulder issues and none of them compare to the therapists at Therapy SPOT Bellaire. They have the greatest psychical therapists. Each of the therapists are extremely client focused. Because of the comprehensive evaluation, that they did in the beginning, they were able to find the root problem causing all of my pain, which other therapists in the past weren’t able to do. I have received individualized goals and exercises and exercises to work on to help with my pain. I have felt so much better in just 2 weeks! I appreciate that they check in with me from time to time to go over my goals and whether we need to change the goals or whether the goals have been met. Everyone that works at Therapy SPOT Bellaire is very friendly and welcoming, I always feel very supported.
