Went to a breathwork workshop yesterday and wow—such an amazing experience. The ambiance was so calming, the music was absolutely beautiful, and the instructors were incredibly professional and welcoming. I felt completely at ease the whole time… and honestly, I slept like a baby afterward 😴✨ 10/10, would highly recommend!
I highly recommend Omaya Studios. A warm welcome from Joanna and George at their clean relaxing studio made the experience great from the start of our visit! My girlfriend and I attended the breath and sound bath session. George’s knowledge was great as he explained and demonstrated the breath work, helping us both feel its benefits and understand the importance of meditation. Next was the sound bath in hammocks, Joanna was very talented at using her instruments to control thoughts and relaxation. Whilst my girlfriend felt very relaxed, as a music enthusiast, I felt inspired by her sounds, leaving me feeling more creative and motivated at the end of my session. I will for sure be attending again soon! Highly recommend!
I went today for Floating meditation with sound bath and it was very relaxing and enjoyable! The studio looks really nice and clean ! Didn’t know I needed a yoga mat, no problems they have plenty ! Those beautiful hammocks are very comfortable and you get a pillow and a soft blanket to get cozy inside of it! Both ladies Joanna and Dulce are super nice and accommodating! Overall beautiful experience and I am happy to discover such amazing place with so much to offer for mind and body.. I am excited to try their other sessions and will be looking for the special events that they organize!
Yoga at Omaya Studios with Dulce is a wonderful experience. For a senior like myself Dulce leads a gentle and restorative session that leaves one feeling relaxed and flexible.
I just left my massage and sound bowl session at Omaya and I feel amazing. The combination of massage and sound bath was perfection. It helped release tension and I feel so much more calm and peaceful. Everyone needs to experience this! I can’t wait for my next session!
