Had out log burner installed yesterday and we are very happy with the finished product. The technicians who fitted were brilliant, polite and tidied up after them selves and left the house in the condition it was found. We were told my a previous company that the bricks were not able to be cleaned but One Stop managed to and they look great. Great service and highly recommend! See before and after pictures.
Just had our logburner installed and we are totally satisfied! A great company to do business with. The installers were thoroughly professional and did a great job removing an awkward inset gas fire and making good for the new installation. Would highly recommend.
We would highly recommend Grainger Stoves and Fireplaces after having our Wood Burner stove installed. From start to finish professional service and we are delighted with the result. Quick and easy communication, Will came out to assess the room and have great advice on before deciding on service. When it came to fitting, Dave and Mark were excellent across the three mornings it took to complete. The house was left spotless after every session and throughout they provided extremely high level of service, professionalism and were great to have around. Extremely happy with the wood burner stove, just in time for Winter!
We’ve had two stoves installed now by Grainger Stoves and Fireplaces. In our current home and previous home. First class service always by the owner and also the lads who fitted them. I highly recommend this company. It’s a company to trust. We plan to have a large extension and I’ll be wanting this company back to put a smaller log burner in the new extension. I’d never use anyone else.
Just had an electric stove supplied and installed through Grainger Stoves and Fireplaces and we couldn't be happier with the result. A great experience and service; from Will's initial visit to advise on the best options for the room, to the excellent workmanship by Dave and Mark in the fitting (creating an inglenook, laying flags and installing a beam ready for the stove) and then final installation of the stove - a professional service throughout. We'd highly recommend Grainger Stoves and Fireplaces Ltd.
