A little shocked to come here to leave review and not find so many more glowing reviews present! If they way I was treated is their standard practice, this page should be full of them! The service I recieved from Mark in particular but also the girls here was exemplary. Appear to have very state of the art equipment, which Mark is very proficient with and clearly understand very well, and he courteously yet professionally explained so so much to me through my initial examination process in an easy to understand manner. I don't think I've ever felt so at ease with a health condition assessment/treatment process (albeit just for getting glasses!) ever in my life. Also they told me 10 days for prep of my eyewear, but called just 5 days later to say they were ready. This business is honestly a true asset to Bendigo. If every business conducted themselves the way this one does, the world would be such a happier place! 100 gazillion percent highly recommend going here for your eyewear needs. You will be well looked after every time with smooth, friendly, professional and thorough service and care.
