Had one of the best experiences with my friends here. The food was delicious, and every dish we ordered was full of flavor. What really made the night special, though, was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were celebrating a birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it feel special. Biggest thanks to Fabian and Marco for making the night memorable.

The food was good here - we really enjoyed the pastas. I got the items listed below, with asterisks to indicate what we enjoyed. Service however was not as good - our waters were left unfilled several times (had to mention filling up my water multiple times); for one of our dishes, we were served the dish and had to wait 2 minutes for utensils to arrive; and there was a bone in one of our pasta dishes where there clearly shouldn’t have been one. Hopefully the team can straighten these kinks out soon - Arancini Allo Zafferano* - Stracciatella - Spaghetti Alla Chitarra* - Scarpinocc - Fettuccine* - Rigatoni* - Pollo Alla Brace - Bisteca Al Pepe Nero - Dessert: Torta Al Cioccolato

We were very excited to try this hotly anticipated new Italian restaurant in West U. I made a reservation for us for Saturday night during their soft opening and was prepared to give some grace for working out kinks, but it turns out they didn’t need any. The food and service were both outstanding. The restaurant is super small (so make sure to have a reservation, but cozy and very well decorated. We were seated upon arrival and our waitress for the evening was really wonderful. For dinner we ordered looooots of things to share - tuna, verde salad, bolognese, agnolotti, fettuccine, steak and chicken. Truly every dish was very very good but the white bolognese is a STAR. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the sauce was simple but complex and just insanely delicious. We loved our whole dining experience and I literally cannot wait to go back and eat that bolognese again!

This was my second visit to Osteria Mercato, and overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. The menu offers a modest selection of appetizers, primi, and secondi courses. We ordered the spaghetti and fettuccine, both of which were exceptionally well prepared and flavorful. However, the portions were relatively small considering the premium pricing. Dessert options were limited to only two selections. We chose the Torta al Cioccolato, which was enjoyable but not particularly memorable. Expanding the dessert menu to include classics such as tiramisu and gelato would enhance the overall dining experience. The wine-by-the-glass program also felt overpriced relative to the offerings available. The most significant drawback of the restaurant is the noise level. The dining room becomes extremely loud, making conversation difficult and detracting from an otherwise enjoyable meal. In summary, Osteria Mercato is worth experiencing at least once for its quality food and excellent service. However, considering the portion sizes, pricing, and overall value, it is not a restaurant I would regularly return to.

Italian cuisine is always one of my favorites. Three of us came here to celebrate one of my friend's birthday, and it was an amazing dining experience from start to finish. All dishes were outstanding, but the highlight of the meal was the duck breast dish (i forgot the name), perfectly cooked with tender, juicy meat and beautiful crispy skin 🤤. Kudos to Fabian, manager Marco and all the staff for the exceptional hospitality and making the celebration extra special. We'll definitely comeback to try more.
