Rafa has supported my son initially with supporting his strength and function with scoliosis. He has gained strength and more aligned across his body. My daughter and myself have subsequently worked with Rafa and Meg to increase function and alignment supporting sport needs and ageing.

I could write a novel on how much Raff has changed the entire quality of my life. Instead I'll try summarise and hope I do him justice. 18 months ago I was so unwell I couldn't even stand long enough to introduce myself in our first consult. I was looking down the barrel of a second spinal surgery. Weekly migranes, assistance walking more than 15 steps and bed ridden most weekends from horrid back pain i couldnt control. I tried everything for 15 years. Everything!!! I found it only ever made matters worse. I can now walk distances i never thought possible and my migranes are few and far between. Each month i notice a new thing im able to do without effort which ill never take for granted again. Im learning how to heal and build strength correctly. Each week I feel my body changing and my confidence and quality of life regaining! It hasn't been an easy road, but with Rafs consistent care, training and expertise, we have worked through all the challenges together. I am forever greatful to have found such an incredible man who has truly changed my life. I only wish I found him and this modality sooner! He and Meg are a terrific team and I cant reccomend Fisica highly enough. I look forward to seeing how far ahead we are in another 18 months!

Fisica has helped my posture and neck pain to no end. It is a commitment and investment, but considering what I have spent on massages, chiropractors and physio over the years, only to end up back at square one and in pain, Fisica is absolutely worth the investment in my health.

I contacted Rafa after having my daughter, seeking someone to help me with my postpartum recovery. Little did I know that I was going to find a trainer who was going to help me with so much more! Rafa looked at how I move, instantly knew all the areas we needed to work on and communicated a clear plan with me, which we have been following ever since. Rafa is very knowledgeable, capable, easy to connect with and non-judgmental. The workouts are challenging, but fun. Rafa gives me tips on what I can do at home to increase the effectiveness of my workouts and always provides evidence-based research that underline what we do. After my training sessions I feel lighter, taller, stronger, and just generally better. Rafa’s approach is a holistic one and since I have been training with him, I have noticed a significant improvement not only in my physical, but also mental well-being. I cannot recommend Rafa highly enough!
