I received great communications from UK Loft Insulation Removal Experts from the start and throughout. I tend to ask lots of questions before I fully commit to anything and Chris was extremely helpful and patient answering my questions fully in a professional manner on each occasion. With other companies you can just tell when you've asked too much because their reactions start to change, but not Chris, whose helpful manner remained steadfast and constant throughout. Chris and his team arrived when they said they would to our home in Newcastle under Lyme and put down floor coverings to protect the carpet. They then removed all of the insulation as per their advised process, using their specialised bags and also the loft boards, cleanly and without any fibreglass or general dust being airborne within the home. They hoovered out the loft and the home was left clean upon completion of the work which took approximately half a day. I am very thankful to Chris and his hard working team for their work and I would certainly recommend them for this service. I chose Chris and his team because we didn't want to be breathing in airborne fibreglass spores afterwards.(It seemed that this could have been the outcome had we employed some of the other companies that I'd approached based on their unsatisfactory responses to health and safety precautions during the removal process). Chris and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Good communication. Polite and respectful of our home. The loft took a long while to be cleaned, was a rotten job to do but Chris and his team got the loft so cleaned it was a lovely shock when we looked after they finished. Can't recommend them enough, 5 star service.

Emailed Chris and he got straight back to me told him i needed loft insulation removed loft hovered and disinfected after we had a rats in the loft , he was very professional and knew exactly what was needed, he got back to me same day with the price and i was happy to go ahead, he made my appointment and turned up spot on time . He and his colleague were very friendly they put down covers and dust sheets making no mess after finishing they even hovered the landing and stairs. Great guys i can not recommend them highly enough.

Chris was amazing from the first communication to request a quote right through to the completion of the work. The response to communication was excellent and really fast, often late into the evening which was really appreciated. The quote was thorough and very professional and we were kept informed at every step. The work was completed on time and followed up with photographic evidence to support. First class service which I can't recommend more highly!

Chris, Lee and Kenneth from UK Loft insulation arrived as arranged. we walked the job and agreed the best route through the house and where to find the loft hatch, from that point they laid down dust sheets and carpet protectors then got on with removing the insulation. The loft was then vacuumed to remove the left over insulation and anything else that was laying on the ceiling boards. The loft was left clean ready for the next stage of our project, the job was done over two days and the work area outside the loft was left clean each day. All we needed to do was make tea and coffee. From start to finish the job was easy to arrange and completed with no problems at a reasonable price.
