So I wanted to buy some stuff for my fish tank and I figured, why not go to Petco since it was near my house? I gotta say it did not disappoint and was very simple. I mean it is a Petco, but what made my experience special was the people. The fish girl was super knowledgeable and knew a lot about the species I was interested in, and honestly, probably saved me a lot of money on fish and, more importantly, saved the fish's lives by giving me good information. I trust the employees very much and appreciate their kindness to a novice like me.

Mondo provided excellent customer service. He cut his lunch break short to come and greet me, and then squeezed my dog in for a nail trim. He definitely went above and beyond.

Why have a maintenance log if the restroom is neglected? Unreal that these are the conditions of a single restroom stall in the store, while more than 5 employees are just walking around doing basically nothing.

Absolutely do not recommend at all ever I have autism and seizures they were actually really rude to me it's literally autism awareness and acceptance month and they treated me like absolute garbage in there it's kind of funny that the owner responds back with such a rude response that's so dismissive as well like really really I also have my service dog with me and I was being glared at by your employees I grew up in Hawaii Kai this is ridiculous They repeatedly refused to price match to online prices for items and the online price for live birds is not the same as price for them in store and they wouldn't price match for that either and they triggered a cluster seizure episode I had to leave and get safe I want to be contacted so I can fix this
