Hello Petsmart! We are regular guests to your establishment and always use your grooming services. Typically we buy the seasonal grooming special and this time we were a bit disappointed. Usually we get a nice bandana, small toy, and a fairly large coupon book. This time we were told there was no more bananas or toy and the coupon book was a little trifold pamphlet. 70 for the grooming and 15 to add on seasonal special. What did I pay extra for then?? I was told 10 dollars was taken off but I feel a bit cheated. We enjoyed collecting the bandanas and the coupon book was very worth the value. We will most likely be back but we do expect the same standard we have been receiving these past couple months. Our grooming specialist (Divine) no fault on her. Miss Lady looks and smells great. Petsmart please make it right. We want to continue visiting your store.
Great place to get all the stuff I need for my cat. Love visiting the cat rooms and seeing adoptable kitties and all the other animals!
We got both a kitten and a puppy about a year ago that just make our family so complete, and they get along wonderfully with the cat we already had. They are both healthy and we're spayed when we adopted. We also go here for their food, toys and litter for the cats, they have the best selection of premium foods and plenty of toys and treats to choose from!
My experience with a Pomeranian age 9 1/2: After moving to a new area, I struggled to find a groomer with availability, which meant my dog went longer than usual without the care she needed. As a result, for the first time in her life, she developed mats in her fur, and her nails grew longer than they should have. When I finally made an appointment with PetSmart, I was a little embarrassed about her condition, but from the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and kindness. The groomer Karen was incredibly welcoming, and not once did I feel judged. Karen, worked with my Pomeranian and did a wonderful job! She carefully brushed out mats, trimmed her nails, and restored her to her beautiful, well-groomed self. I was genuinely surprised and grateful for the level of care and professionalism she provided. I will continue using their services, and I sincerely hope to book with Karen again in the future! Thank you Karen!
Great place for all your pet needs I come here for a lot of fish/bird care products. Friendly environment,nice staff,affordable prices, sales on some items,okay selection on fish make sure to go ealry they do sell out fast.
