I have been coming to reformer classes at Pilates Plus Bendigo for a couple of years now. I love the vibe of this beautiful space. Every instructor is welcoming, inclusive and kind, and the focus of the studio is a healthy blend of fun and challenge. Particularly love Lauren and Laura’s classes - just the right degree of difficulty, with momentum and flow that makes the class fly by before you know it.
I’ve finally found a space where I feel comfortable. I love the reformer Pilates and the convenience of 24/7 as it fits my needs perfectly. I have recruited 2 of my daughters to join me which gives me time with them also. The wonderful staff are so warm and welcoming.
I have been going to @ Pilates for more than 2 years and love this place, due to being able to attend to my convenience. It’s got a calm and aesthetic feel to the studio, having updated reformers and video sessions from different trainers keeping it interesting and makes my time at the studio worthwhile .
Such a warm and welcoming space! The 24-hour access is a game changer, and the sauna is a total bonus—perfect way to unwind after a session.
Been coming here for a while, best Pilates studio, from the flexibility that suit your own schedule to having a private sauna session, absolutely worth it, best place to take a moment to yourself and restore!
