Highly recommend Mums & Bubs Pilates class! Lauren and Caitlin were both amazing and created such a welcoming, supportive environment. They went above and beyond to make all the mums feel comfortable, even offering to hold fussy bubs during the class. Such a great experience and a wonderful way to get back into exercise with your little one!
I have recently joined Pilates plus and I am already feeling the benefits with increased flexibility, more motivation and I am working on balance. All the staff are very welcoming , motivating and very approachable. I really enjoy Romys classes as they are all different and I feel as though I have worked my whole body.
Highly recommend Pilates + Bendigo! Caitlin and all of the instructors are so welcoming and supportive, and the studio has such a great atmosphere. Every class is enjoyable, challenging, and leaves you feeling amazing afterwards.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Pilates Plus Team. Thank you to all the staff who have made my 2 years membership so enjoyable. The exceptional level of love and support from the instructors are unmatched and truly something I will miss. The environment itself was always something I looked forward to, along with the flexibility of taking my 3 year old to classes with me. I also thoroughly enjoyed the various challenges that were held. I fell in love with Pilates, the moment I walked into this studio and have enjoyed every class ever since. OBSESSED. Everyone is soooo lovely at Pilates+ Bendigo. I was super nervous starting at a new studio, but Caitlin was so kind and offered me a tour before my first class to make me feel at ease, allowing me to walk into my first class with Lauren later that day with confidence. I love the variety and amount of classes available too! This studio is for every kind of person, no matter your experience! It’s amazing! Xo
