Helen and the team at RR are so welcoming and supportive. The workouts are great and always exciting! There are mini challenges to spice things up. You definitely won’t get bored. Even in a group environment you can still tailor the exercises to your specific fitness level / effort level. All the people in the RR classes are also very kind and friendly. I have met many lovely people from my classes who I would have never met if it wasn’t for RR.
Helen and her team go above and beyond to make this studio feel so comforting and inclusive. The workouts are always fantastic, and can easily be tailored to suit your needs. You will always be met with a smile and a warm welcome, and encouragement and support throughout the class. I highly recommend RR to anyone who is interested in reformer pilates.

This is a wonderful studio! All members are made to feel welcome and lots of options are given so you can really tailor each class to your own abilities. The instructors are lovely and have the ability to give you personalised and tailored advice and progressions/advancements.
Absolutely amazing!! Helen and the girls are amazing. Always a pleasure to come into Pilates, always leaving feeling good about yourself. So much positive comes out of this Pilates. Definitely recommend this studio if you are in Bendigo.
