I love everything about this gym except people refuse to rerack their weights. This is a common site in multiple machines when I’m working out. It’s super frustrating. Like why can’t the staff gently remind people. Or have a person on the floor periodically checking. It’s constant at this gym. And obviously it’s massive dudes who I guess expect everyone else to pick up after them.
I would like to say that your Club Manager, Jamesha is truly outstanding. Jamesha is new to this location, only been here a few month, 1818 Woodruff Road. I have been coming to Planet Fitness for several years and Jamesha is an awesome fit. Please keep her here! She is an wonderful leader and leads by example. She is constantly helping her staff, cleaning, mopping the floors when needed, checking to make sure everything is sparkling, and helping all of us members with all our questions. Jamesha listens to our gym concerns and she gets results. She smiles every time that we come in and says good morning, have a good workout and when leaving She smiles again and says have a nice day. Jamesha's staff are extremely friendly and helpful. What a wonderful way to start the day at this Planet Fitness! Thank you!
The staff here is very unreliable. We walked in to sign up for a membership and started asking questions. The clerk looked at my husband like he was not speaking English or that he sounded like the adults in Charlie Brown. She than looked at me and said that she could not understand what he was saying because of his accent. This is when I had to relay everything. Than when we asked questions all she said was that she was new and did not know. She finally reached out to a co worker and than told us he was out and would be back around 10 minutes or so. Her co worker would be able to answer the questions. Once we came back the coworker we were to speak with did not want to answer and kind of questions. He just told us to go online for every question we asked. This was the worst customer service that we every experienced. Both employees acted like they were to busy to help us and had better things to do besides doing their job appropriately. Worst customer service experienced in a customer based job.
As a road warrior I am in 50 gyms per year. This is one of the nicer ones. Very clean! Tessa is a WORKER, she cleaned the whole 2 hours I was here. I would have given 5 stars, however there is no dedicated place for stretching. No grab bars or True Stretch cage (most gyms have 2) Members are using the wall...
I have been coming with my husband for 30 plus days and he has been scamming his black membership and we have been both walked in with no issues. Everyday but today, if we are going to be consistent through out with everyone asking for the same and with our cleanliness at least where water is offered for example on pictures
