Our water service line was slowly leaking underground between the water meter and our house. After a quick call to Lane they had somebody to our place next day to inspect our system. Ultimately they installed a protected underground line as a replacement, and despite boring ~100ft the impact on my yard is almost unnoticeable. What I also appreciated about the process is they took the time to explain things well. It’s clear they are passionate about customer satisfaction and performing quality work.
They were honest and helpful. They took time to explain the problem along with a great solution. They worked hard to complete the project the same day and did not leave a mess. I will call Lane Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

Within five minutes of talking with Mr. Lane, he identified what he believed to be the issue and walked me through a potential fix. During the service call, Daniel was extremely helpful and thorough. He answered all of my questions and gave me a clear picture of the next steps for addressing my issue. Mr. Lane and his team were exceptional from start to finish.
