New to the Pinehurst and Southern Pines area. John Cole was recommended to us by our realtor. They did a full inspection of the water and plumbing systems in the house and found three or four things that should be addressed. Plus we upgraded toilets in the home. Parts ordered in timely fashion. Work was impeccable, highly professional. Their office communicated at a very high level and they dispatched workers quickly when parts arrived. Highly recommend them.

I couldn’t have chosen a better company to replace my hot water heater. Jordan was excellent explaining the process the whole time. Other companies treated me like I didn’t exist but they wanted me when it was time to pay. I appreciate the personable service provided!

They were very courteous, great communication. Above and beyond service. Incredible price - so much more competitive than other plumbing services in the area! Trinity, in particular, provided impeccable care. Very expedient, too. Spent no more time than needed but absolutely provided quality service

We found wet walls, carpet and ceiling in the lower level of the home. Called John Cole's plumbing and there were here within 2 hours. The technicians found the problem with the water heater line and took care of it right away. Very pleased with their service. Thank you!

I had a leaking tank on one of my toilets which we discovered on a Sunday night. With company arriving on Tuesday we left a late night message asking for help. Received a call early Monday AM with the hope of a technician might be able to finish another job early, when they could send someone over. A technician showed up before noon and repaired our problem . This is what I call great service!! Highly recommend John Cole Plumbing!
