We have now had Pedro out to our house twice, as well as Camden once, to fix several different plumbing issues, and their service has been absolutely spectacular! In working with Pedro, he went above and beyond to install three new sink faucets. Part of the drain stop for two of the faucets wouldn’t fit with our current sinks, so Pedro came up with a brilliant solution, showed us pictures, went and got the new pop-up drain stops, and installed them. They look amazing! Like they were always meant to be. On top of that, we were having to leave to go to an event, but we trusted Pedro so much by the end of the day that we left the house while he was still working. He locked the doors and everything for us once he left later that evening. Pedro is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and capable. Similarly, my husband worked with Camden and noted Camden’s deep knowledge, personable approach, trustworthiness, and successful execution. We truly have nothing but great things to say (and we have high expectations). Thank you so much, Pedro and Camden!

Kyle did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and fin ished the work in a timely manner. Before he left we asked for his contact information. In the future, we will use William Parrish Plumbing for any and all of our plumbing needs. WE currently use Choice home warranty but are considering dropping them so we need reliable service providers and your company is certainly one of them.

Camden and Jesus did a couple jobs for us and did an excellent job. During the first day, we received a comprehensive list of possible services for the main job, and associated costs. Camden completed the smaller jobs on day 1, one was a kitchen sink leveling and recaulking, and the second one was a shower knob adjustment. On day 2, we needed a re-adjustment to the shower and they proffessionally and thoroughly completed that. They also completed the main job which was a leak detection and repair in a crawl space. They were able to do the repair and we're very happy with the job they did. Also, they provided excellent communication on their arrival times, and were always on time, and left all work areas clean! They also answered all our questions about the work they did and gave us recommendations on future maintenance.

I made an appointment to address water pressure issues in my master bath shower. I got an appointment for the next day. I received a text and a call from the technician, Camden on his way to my place. He arrived at precisely the time he said he would and was very pleasant and respectful. I explained the issue was both pressure and the hot water not getting really hot. The shower head and handheld needed to be checked. He took his time and slowly worked through possible reasons for my issues. It was tenacious and it was very clear he wanted to get to a solution. I as delighted to learn he was able to solve the issue without new parts or removing drywall. He really did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him and William Parrish Plumbing.

Used them for an estimate and though they were helpful in explaining different options, the interaction with the tech was awkward at best. Asked some odd personal questions and was not picking up on social cues that I wasn’t interested in expanding. Also asked me if I was the “right” person for him to go over the estimates with or if he should just talk to my husband.
