Highly recommend Ponteland Self Storage. Zoe is lovely and made the whole process seamless, she even reminded us to cancel standing order when we left (which we had forgotten to do). We would highly recommend Ponteland Self storage. We rented two units for several months. The containers kept our belongings clean, safe and dry. Zoe was easy to reach if we had any queries and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Brilliant location and service from Ponteland Self Storage. I initially rented a 10ft container as we were moving house, I then needed to double that, and it was no problem for Andrew and Zoe to assist in upgrading. Containers are very clean, the yard is very clean and secure, and in the perfect location. Thank you again, and I will 100% be returning should I need storage again in the future!
