I want to take this opportunity to thank Jane and her team. I purchased my first home in June. She was an excellent middle person for the seller and the buyer, and it made the whole process went so smooth. Jane had been very supportive and approachable, she replied to my calls in a reasonable time frame and always updated me on the purchase. Overall, I am very happy with Jane and her team's service.

I want to make this short as I have a tendency to go on. In dealing with Jane from insitu property, it was a total waste of time. I am a buyer from Melbourne and a seasoned investor. In my dealing with Jane she had Attempted to manipulate me into to offering more money by claiming multiple other hot offers which never can through even weeks later. ( It is important to note as I write this houses are selling in days with 18 offers given, if your house is on the market for more than 2 weeks it is too expensive) Once attempting to purchase the property weeks later for a more realistic price, my lower offer was in the process. I totally ignored the arogant unsubstantiated statements that I heard weeks earlier like "if you are not offering over 750k it is a waste of time (I am paraphrasing here) We had agreed on the offer. I started to ask for some evidence of the 500k build cost as this is important for an investor. I could sense a lot of aggression / defensiveness in the text messages i was receiving, dodging my questions I had my quantity surveyor, tell me that it was around 400k build . This 100k difference make a lot of difference to the depreciation you receive as a non cash deduction come tax time. It would be a minimum of $2500 per ammum. Steer clear, her profile claims she has ethics but her actions speak a great deal louder.
