We rented multiple properties through Janelle Stevens Property team and could not speak higher of them. As a tenant every issue raised was sorted in a timely manner, communication was simple and inspections were a breeze. Special shout out to our agent Jocelyn for her calm and considerate nature. Have bought our own home now but wouldn’t hesitate to rent through them in the future if needed! :)

Recently purchased an off market investment property through Janelle and her team and was so impressed throughout the purchasing process that I decided to keep them on as property managers going forward. Highly recommend for out of state investors. Janelle Stevens Property and particularly Jocelyn are excellent agents, with an expert knowledge of tenancy laws and procedures. They are incredibly efficient, proactive and personable. Jocelyn has been fantastic, providing excellent service to both us as landlord and to our tenants. They navigate every situation with prompt and clear communication, proactively presenting and discussing options and solutions. They came highly recommended to us and we would like to extend that to other investors looking for a reliable rental agency.

I'm not sure which word to use that sums up our experience with Mitch from Janelle Stevens property. It was simply perfect. From the very start all the way through to settlement Mitch was there and ready to offer his knowledge, answer our questions and make the transaction seamless. His unfaltering expertise and genuine honesty when we were setting the house up for the market were essential. This contributed to easy open houses on weekends and an end result we couldn't be happier with. Every single member of the Janelle Stevens property group was so easy to work with, from the photographers to the office Team and of course Mitch. Thank you so much for making the sale of our first house an exceptional experience. To anyone looking to sell, I'm not sure why you would go anywhere else.
