Josh and Jen are both so friendly and helpful! They are always able to fit me in quickly, which is a godsend when other places have a 6 month+ wait time. Josh is very approachable and lovely, I struggle to connect with people but I found myself able to open up easily to him. One thing I struggle with is anxiety, and I procrastinate calling up places because I get anxiety about talking on the phone. I told Josh this and the very same day he and Jen called up my doctors for me (with my permission of course), took a massive weight off my shoulders. Couldn’t be more thankful for the help I am receiving.

Eden Psychology has continued to provide me with an excellent service and has helped me in so many ways. Psychologist Joshua Bekker is fantastic at what he does and very easy to get along with, he's professional and caring and always willing to help.

Where do I begin.. I have had only positive experiences here all the staff are friendly I used to have Vanesa as my psychologist now I have Dion and his awesome as well. The staff have really gone above and beyond to make sure I don't feel nervous I remember my first session and it was Amazing and safe to say it's still just as I remember on the 1st day Thanks Eden psychology and thanks Dion

I was referred to a psychologist through my GP, but when I contacted them, I was told they wouldn’t be able to see me for at least 6 months. After ringing around a bit, this seemed to be the case for a lot of clinics. However, Eden Psychology was able to see me pretty much straight away as they are a new clinic. I’m so thankful I didn’t have to wait – I don’t think I could’ve coped otherwise. I would encourage anyone who feels the need for support to contact Eden Psychology as their friendly consultation I received was invaluable to my situation.

I feel so comfortable here. Freindly office staff. Always helpful and cheery. Helped me feel confident in my first time seeing a psych. Talked me through the whole process and so glad I ended up going to see someone. It's been going really well so far.
