I love this place! Alyssa, Heather, & Ciera are wonderful. They do a great job making sure you have a good experience :-) I always enjoy my visits.
I love Light Rx! The staff is so nice, attentive and friendly. They help you make sure you get what you need per your concern & keep you informed on what's all going on with your treatments and your appointments. Some of the treaments are relaxing to get. It's a great place!
Heather is awesome and really listened to my concerns at my consultation. Alyssa and Ciera have been very personable and very supportive in my journey. As this is my first time doing something like this, they have put my mind at ease and I’m loving my transformation. Kudos to the whole staff!!!
I’ve been a patron of Light Rx in Greenville for approximately two years and could not say enough wonderful things about the services they offer or more importantly the staff. Heather, Alyssa, and Sierra are incredibly warm and welcoming as well as informed and knowledgeable. No matter what your question or concern they make you feel comfortable asking and help to educate and guide you to the best decisions and services for you. I highly recommend you visit Light Rx!
Called multiple times over weeks. No response other than ai telling me to go online. Online gives me no options other than a consultation. Eventually, I got a text message. Went back and forth via text. Got told I could do Saturday and then they walked it back. Scheduled a consultation hoping it would at least prompt a phone call. They just canceled it. I went here for a long time and they’re supposed to honor a “lifetime guarantee”. Used to be great service. They clearly are just avoiding honoring the “lifetime guarantee”. They have zero interest in even speaking to customers now.
