A great eatery. Their baked goods are fantastic. We have eaten breakfast and also lunch at this place. Food quality and tastes are great. Service a little slow as there is only one server behind the counter. Once you get your food this is quickly forgotten. The Korean chicken bowl, the Chickpea salad are great choices. Pictured is one of their breakfast specialties, the Avocado smash.
Really disappointed with this visit. My bill was over $70, and I left feeling frustrated and honestly wondering where my money went. My order came out completely wrong, which was already a bad start. Then the food arrived, and I couldn’t believe that this was a $16 sandwich with no side included. For that price, I expected something much more substantial and better presented. Honestly, I’ve gotten $7 sandwiches from Publix that looked better and felt like a better value. I understand inflation has affected restaurants everywhere, and I don’t mind paying more when the quality matches the price. The problem is that the quality, portions, and presentation simply didn’t justify what they were charging. The food felt underwhelming, and the overall experience was far below what I expected. To make matters worse, the service was disappointing and didn’t help the situation. When you’re spending over $70 for a meal, you expect your order to be correct, the food to be worth the price, and the service to be attentive. Unfortunately, none of that happened. I used to enjoy coming here, but the quality seems to have gone downhill while the prices keep going up. This visit was a huge disappointment, and sadly, I won’t be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers.
Bond Street Cafe is the kind of neighborhood spot that reminds you simple food, done exceptionally well, is hard to beat. The broccoli leek quiche was outstanding. Dog friendly a bonus.
I don’t like writing bad reviews, but unfortunately I have to. I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Salmon Chickpea Cesar salad that tasted horrible. The fish was rubbery and overcooked, the chickpeas were out of a can without seasoning or being cooked and the lettuce seemed to be unwashed straight out of a salad bag. I nicely told the lady who seemed to be the owner that the food wasn’t fresh and didn’t tase good and she was rude. She started arguing and telling me she bought the fish today and she won’t give me a refund. She offered to give me a hand written ticket to come back another time to get something else. After tasting bad fish i lost the appetite to eat at that establishment. I ended up leaving after paying $30 for a salad that I didn’t eat and a bad experience due to lack of customer service.
Shamara was the best, she made me feel so welcomed!! We had the best interaction! Food and coffee was amazing! Love the vibes of the establishment Will definitely come backs again and recommend to everyone!
