We have just had a complete roof replacement by Lord Roofing and we are delighted with the results! It was a complicated job as the existing roof was poorly constructed and failing in several places. Through all stages of the project, we knew we were in good hands. James and Matthew were available for advice and support throughout and were very responsive. The team finished in a timely fashion. The workmanship on the roof is first class, the recommended slates look fantastic, the lead work is brilliant, and even the flat roof looks very smart indeed. We now feel proud of our roof, rather than worried about it. Thank you to Peter, Scott, Callum, James and Khy. They were top tradesmen and extremely helpful and polite. Thank you also to project manager Matthew. Everyone did the maximum to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible during the works and that we always knew what was going on. Congratulations to Lord for giving us the best experience with roofers we have ever had!

It’s the second time I’ve used Lord, this time for a slate roof replacement in a conservation area and top marks all round. Matthew had organised, quoted and ran the project for a new slate roof with insulation, he made everything easy to understand and saved me a bit of cash with a returner discount. The team were slightly delayed starting due to weather but when the got going: Matty, Bradley, Morgan, Chris and Khy where all top notch. There was nothing they couldn’t answer and raised problems promptly with solutions. Thank you Khy for spending an extra day applying all the finishing touches.

I contacted Lord Roofing about a small gutter repair that I knew wasn’t really the type of job they usually take on. It wasn’t in their portfolio and I expected to be told it was too minor but instead they went above and beyond to help. They reached out to trusted people in their network, and incredibly, someone was at our house within two hours. The repair was sorted quickly and efficiently, with no fuss at all. What really stood out was their honesty and integrity. They were very clear that under no circumstances should we pay over a certain amount for the work, making sure we weren’t overcharged for such a small job. That kind of transparency is rare. Brilliant service, fast response, and genuinely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lord Roofing though cannot speak to their bigger jobs - but their principles are unparalleled.

We hired Lord roofing initially for a Resin drive which they built promptly and to a great standard. We then hired them to do a garage conversion which was a much larger job. This required structural work to remove a load bearing wall, installing an insulated floor, a new window, radiator, electrics, plastering and skirting boards. And eventually we required them to repair our balcony through an insurance claim against our initial home builder. Throughout the entire process Matthew was available to answer questions and would frequently provide updates on when work stages were commencing and what the current status of everything is. All of the builders were quick and clearly very knowledgable on their specific trades which is re-assuring when you're spending money on a long job. I would highly recommend them to others and will be using them again in future for other renovations.

Positive experience from start to completion. Our bay window roof was replaced and all guttering and tiling work completed professionally and in good time. From first contact with Matthew to completion by Scott and Callum, including erection and removal of scaffolding was less than a week. Highly recommended.
