I had a great experience here and highly recommend this office. The provider I saw, who I believe was Sam’s partner, was excellent — very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I felt listened to and well taken care of throughout the visit. The receptionist was super friendly, welcoming, and made everything easy from the moment I arrived. The whole office runs smoothly, and everyone was kind and professional. I also highly recommend the acupuncture. It was a very positive experience, and the MMS worked great for me as well. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for effective treatment and a caring, professional team.
I was referred to Dr Shafer from a co-worker. I had never been to a Chiropractor before and was apprehensive at what to expect. I can say that the person I spoke w/on the phone was very nice, made me feel at ease immediately. Upon arrival, the woman that greeted me was equally as nice. Dr Shafer put me immediately at ease with each step of my visit, and the entire process was amazing. I will now be a repeat customer here. - I highly recommend this place to anyone.
San Carlos Chiropractic is amazing. They feel more like family than a doctors office. They are accommodating, kind, and truly care! From the ladies at the front desk to both doctors, I am so grateful to have found San Carlos Chiropractic!
In past years, Dr.Glen greatly helped relieve me of neck and lower back pain. He's kind and attentive. He genuinely cares about his patients. His office staff is the best at remembering your name and extending kindness and empathy. Since Feb 2025, I'd developed chronic, painful neck issues due to arthritis. I found no relief after months of physically therapy; however, that changed this year with massage therapy at Dr Glen's San Carlos Chiropractic office! Jenn used medium pressure massage on my neck, shoulders and back. Ahhh...after just 3 sessions, I was able to sleep better, move easier and, in traffic having to turn my head left & right repeatedly, drive with less neck pain. I continued my visits to SCP and have no more pain. I'm looking forward to my next appointment to keep it that way!! If you experience chronic neck, shoulder or back pain, I highly encourage you to call Dr.Glen's office and make your appointment with the Doc or Jenn and start your path to living painfree!
This is by far the best chiropractic office I have ever been to. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. I always leave feeling so relieved and so much better than when I came in. Dr. Warren is simply the best!!
