Adrian came to our house and was absolutely quick, calm, and courteous as to how best address our issue and solve it while also providing us opportunities as to how best keep our unit maintained. He provided clear communication as to why our issues have occurred and was willing to provide answer to any questions we had as he completed his work. Would absolutely recommend to anyone else who requires any work done and we will definitely follow up on continuing our patronage with both him and Service Fanatics and recommend to others this service through this experience.
We reached out to Service Fanatics, and they promptly sent Jordan to troubleshoot our persistent melting the plug issue with the mini tankless hot water heater. Despite four other electricians visiting, no one identified the problem—until Jordan arrived. His meticulous and attentive approach set him apart; he was by far the most detailed and conscientious electrician we’ve encountered. Spending four and a half hours at our home, he thoroughly examined every possibility, all while keeping the bill surprisingly reasonable. Thanks to him, we now proudly consider Jordan our new master electrician.
Just got my new AC unit installed by Adrian and Isaiah and they did such a perfect job! They listened to what we wanted done and the finished project was better than I expected. We needed our AC unit serviced. David from Service Fanatics was recommended to us, David was so thorough he took our AC unit apart and cleaned it. We ended up having mold in our unit, David made sure our unit was cleaned so thorough.He made sure ALL of the mold was gone .Showed us everything that he did ,the before and after it was extra extraordinary the type of work and effort he put in .We highly recommend David for any of your AC units. ,maintenance or you need service and you want someone who is thorough ,honest ,and gets it the job done.
