Dakota was my HVac maintenance man. So helpful and attentive. He was prompt, polite and pleasant. Nice attitude. He willingly did the heavy lifting as a couch was in the way of his work. He also spent some extra time discussing a new mini split. I’m a new Siggs customer. He did maintenance on the house and a mini split in the guest house I paid for 2 services in my total amount paid today’s and in 6 months. Thanks!
The two fellows that came to my house to change my filter and give my AC a check for maintenance were wonderful. They were very nice, polite and very professional. My brother highly recommended them and I will definitely use them again when I need help with my AC unit. Thank you so much. I’m not sure how much it was because this was a gift from my brother for Mother’s Day. 😊
We needed to replace duct work in our home and received a recommendation of Siggs AC as competent, efficient and family-owned. We have been using Siggs air conditioning since they replaced our unit after Hurricane Ian. Their service both in person and over the phone is on matched! This family-owned business gives incredible service and and is very respectful when entering your home. They are always very good at making sure that all of your needs are met before leaving for the day. I love that this is a family-owned business and they do not try to take advantage of people like myself that know nothing about HVAC systems. Their prices are very reasonable and I never feel overcharged. They even replace your filters for you after each maintenance service. Update: We had our maintenance done today and once again we couldn't be happier. I love that you can still find a local family owned business that tou can trust!
Business response time from call to repair well within expectations (same day). Technician arrived within stated timeframe, and he was able to diagnose, repair, and validate the repair all well under one hour. The technician explained well the failure mode, and advised how one could take preventative measures involving the failure mode. Excellent focus and efficiency!
