If you are frustrated with contractor estimates that really aren't estimates because they include possible overages of 10-20% and profit margins over multiple subcontractors then stop the madness and go to SMA.Your contracted bid is what you will be writing your check for. David did a fantastic job on our railing and walkway. The last hurricane destroyed it. He rebuilt it and now stronger than ever.

My husband and I could not be happier with the work SMA did for us! Our tile roof was damaged by Ian and we decided to replace it with a metal roof. So happy we did!
