The name says speakeasy, but Spanky's Speakeasy is serving full-on nostalgia instead. Think barber chairs for dining, model planes hanging from the ceiling, and a space that feels more like a curated collection of cool memories than a themed restaurant. Even the ladies room had its own moment. Vintage Gucci and Chanel touches that made it feel unexpectedly glamorous in the middle of all the eclectic charm. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit, but the food holds its own. The fries? Perfectly crisp, worth saying twice perfect crisp, the kind you keep reaching for even when you tell yourself you’re done. And somehow, the standout was… the salad bar. Fresh, well-stocked, and completely stealing the spotlight in a place where you wouldn’t expect it. Service was on point too, friendly, attentive, and added to that “we’ve been doing this right for a long time” kind of feel.
Absolutely loved our meal here. The atmosphere and music playing is so relaxing that you really don't want to leave. It's like a happy little bubble. The food is incredible and the service was amazing. Andrea did such a great job of always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed with a great big smile! I had the soup and salad bar and the famous key lime pie of course and it did not disappoint. My fiance had The grouper basket And loved it. This is a place we will definitely be frequenting more often!
Service average. Burger huge and had good flavor, but patty a little dense for my liking even tho I ordered medium. Bun was a little dry. Would be nice if they butter toasted it.
Spankys NEVER disappoints. I usually get the prime rib which is just the most excellent dish and paired with whatever potato you want and the salad bar, it's really hard to leave this place unsatisfied.
