Amazing customer service. I rang James up due to an emergency with my doors and he provided me with a realistic timescale of when he could expect to get to me, he then also kept me updated as the afternoon progressed. James responded to me immediately and ascertained which product I would need (he sent me a link, including the trade price) and quoted a price for his service, which was in line with his specialised trade. James, came out at short notice at a weekend to repair our broken door lock in a composite door. He was professional, polite, efficient and did an outstanding job fitting a new one for a good price. I then asked him to fit all new furniture and he again returned and fitted, handles, letterbox and door knocker in a very nice style and colour. The door now looks new. I would definitely recommend if you ever need any locksmith work or similar
As soon as I spoke to James on the phone I got good positive vibes. I wasn't disappointed. I somehow got my key jammed in the barrel of my patio doors. James came out and got the barrel out and identified a problem with the lock mechanism which he replaced immediately. He went the extra mile by servicing and adjusting my doors which are working better than ever. After sound advice he also replaced my front door lock with a more secure lock and supplied 5 keys into the bargain at a extremely reasonable cost. Really nice genuine man who I can't recommend enough. Many thanks James.
