If I could give more than five stars, I would. Charlene at Studio 413 LLC is truly amazing. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of perfect. Our Christmas family photos came out absolutely beautiful!!! the quality, the lighting, and the way she captured every moment was everything I hoped for and more. What stood out the most to me was her patience and genuine care. She never rushed us, allowed multiple poses, and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. I have a child with autism, and Charlene was incredibly patient, loving, and understanding. She even took the time to search for a balloon just to help get her attention!!!! that alone shows how much she truly goes above and beyond. Any parent, especially those with children who may need a little extra care, can absolutely trust her. She is very knowledgeable and professional and created such a great atmosphere, even letting us choose our own music, which made the session relaxed and enjoyable. This was truly a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Studio 413 LLC for Christmas family photos or any special moment you want captured perfectly.
