I highly recommend this company. They provided outstanding service from start to finish. I initially hired them to install my solar panels, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and professionally handled. After a hurricane, I contacted them again to remove the panels and roofing shingles. Their team responded quickly and handled everything with great care. Once the repairs were completed, they returned to reinstall the solar panels and made sure everything was functioning perfectly. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I especially want to recognize Hiram Najar—he is an exceptional salesperson who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients. If you’re looking for a reliable company that stands behind their work, this is the one. Excellent service is guaranteed.

Suncore has an incredible team that goes beyond just selling solar panels. They are there to answer any questions you may have, even if your panels weren’t installed by them. I had some questions about my solar panels, and they were able to explain them very well.

I would highly recommend using Suncor for any solar needs. They were a pleasure to work with and made the process as easy as possible. Jordi and Ivan communicated well and the installation was super quick.

The representative named Ivan came to convince my MIL to get locked in. He claimed to be knowledgeable about solar net leasing and it sounded like an amazing sales pitch. Had he been honest she would never have signed anything. 1. He spoke Spanish and the documents she signed were in English 2 . She's elderly and handed her phone over to him. Ivan had her "press here, here, here" and she was electronically signing a contract on a 6" mobile phone in a language she does not understand. 3. He said and repeated that she would have a $3.99 yearly increase in her bill with Suncor. The Truth in Lending disclosure she signed but did not read showed a 3.99% increase every year for 25 years! $4 additional per month is NOT 4%. 4. The disclosure Ivan had her electronically sign showed she's locking in for 25 years of solar and would be entirely responsible to pay over 132,000 but never own the panels. If there's no sunlight she gets no energy from them because there'd be no battery. They also give NO GUARANTEE of electricity output. So, if it's the rainy season and we have a week of storms we have no electricity off solar. We end up paying Suncor for their equipment and Duke for electricity to keep us going. 5. Ivan said we get a surplus and the credits should cover a bit of what we're paying because solar goes from our roof to the neighborhood and Duke will pay us for it. However, there amount of panels and output was 800KW less than our last bill. If we aren't being supplied with electricity when we are home in the evening there's no point to having this "level billing" scam. We will end up paying a Suncor bill plus the Duke Energy bill for all the hours we're using electricity at night. Ivan used the bill average which is inaccurate. I explained we needed way more but the "system" prompted way less. Ivan claimed to adjust it but the yearly was about 19,000KW and at my current usage we need 25,000KW just to cover our needs. 6. The Truth about solar panels: they'll degrade, get dirty and full of pollen, and like a car they get run down over years. The disclosure states that Suncor does not have any obligation to provide any specific amount of output. In 25 years will the panels still be optimized and giving the agreed output? NOPE 🙅‍♀️ The salesman will tell you the story of someone else. Ivan told us about all the happy people in our area. These people are not in the late stages of 25 years. They are in year 1 or 2 when there's new panels doing their job. In 5 years, the Suncor documents state that they have no obligation to replace degraded panels. They will not give you new technologies as new ones come out and they aren't obligated to optimize the system even though you are in a lease. Cars at least let upgrades happen every few years. This is not a good lease. My MIL signed all these documents with a finger press on her little screen and a smile. After Ivan left I had her foward the signed documents and found all the lies. It has been 24 hours. We called and emailed to cancel as we are fully qualified but don't want this bad deal. Ivan said he'd come over bur has now canceled. Let's hope that this life lesson is over.

This company is trash!! No communication, no one answers the phones, we have been paying a high electric bill on top of the bill for this place. My mom has stressed trying to get someone who knows what they are doing to come out and resolve the issue.. it's been a few months already! I'll be getting an attorney!!
