Hands down the best mat pilates studio I’ve EVER been to! It’s clean, spacious, and the energy from the sunform staff is always sunny, warm, and kind. Alli Rae always brings a good challenge with such intention. I always look forward to these classes. Great environment and great playlists too!!!
We booked a private Pilates class for a friend’s birthday and it was such an amazing experience! Allie was absolutely incredible—so patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the entire class. The owner was also so sweet and welcoming, which made the whole vibe even better. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. It was the perfect mix of fun and challenging, and we left feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great Pilates experience!
CUTE pilates studio!! Sunform is such a happy, vibrant, and fun studio offering a variety classes. The classes are mat based and pilates focused. I love that it is a small intimate studio. I am always welcomed with a smile and leave feeling SO good.
Sunform has quickly become one of my favorite studios. Allie Rae is an incredible instructor, and the whole team makes you feel so welcomed every time. The studio is gorgeous, the classes are challenging in the best way, and I always leave feeling great. Highly recommend!
Sunform is a true gem in downtown Naples! The space is always spotless, and their attention to detail is unmatched. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every class feel like a treat. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and clearly passionate about what they do. I also love the Bala equipment and Stakt mats used in the classes! The cold towels at the end of the classes are such a nice refreshing touch too! Beyond the workouts, Sunform has cultivated such a positive and inspiring community that leaves me feeling confident and energized every time I walk out the door. If you’re looking for a pilates studio that goes above and beyond, this is it!
