I began my quest for solar solutions with SunScape Solar, who initially provided one of the most cost-effective bids. They offered the panels and inverters I was interested in, prompting me to request a custom quote based on my specific usage. The sales process with Shawn was top-notch. He was quick to respond and took the time to address all of our queries. We then moved into the design phase with Max, who showed excellent skills in adjusting the panel layout to maintain our home's curb appeal. The installation crew was another group of professionals who were not only friendly but also efficient. There was minimal damage to our roof during the process, but it was promptly fixed during the solar panel inspection. The longest wait was for our city inspection, which took between six to seven weeks, but this was beyond the control of SunScape Solar. Once the inspection was completed, our system was switched on and underwent another review by SunScape Solar before being connected to the monitoring app. We're not yet sure how everything will operate with the local utility provider, but we're optimistic that our planning will pay off. Overall, our experience with SunScape Solar was positive!

We recently relocated to our new residence with the intention of capitalizing on the Federal 30% solar tax rebate before its expiration. After discussing with several solar firms, we decided on SunScape Solar due to the comprehensive industry and equipment knowledge of their sales representative, Shawn. We had a tight schedule for the installation and approvals to be eligible for the rebate and SunScape Solar assured us that they could obtain the necessary approvals and complete the installation within the required timeframe. Shawn had also overseen other projects similar to ours and came highly recommended. Once Shawn was authorized to kickstart our solar project, he did so with incredible determination. He personally fast-tracked the required permit and made sure that only the best quality equipment was used for our installation. The installation was carried out over two days by a team of tireless and highly professional personnel. We were soon given the green light to activate our system. We would without a doubt recommend SunScape Solar to anyone considering installing a solar system.

Our journey towards home solar systems began with SunScape Solar, who swiftly provided us with three competitive project proposals for our Pensacola residence. We ultimately decided to go with SunScape Solar. They promptly sent Jace, a representative, to verify the chosen location on the roof, the number of panels, and other details. Once confirmed, Jace and Max, another installer, started the project and completed the installation in less than a day. The communication throughout the process with SunScape Solar was truly impressive. My emails were always responded to promptly. After two successful inspections from the Pensacola building inspectors, we had to make a slight adjustment to the location of an electrical box. Despite this, everything went smoothly. It took a total of 4 months from reviewing the proposals to having a fully operational system. We highly recommend SunScape Solar for their exceptional service and expertise.

This is an extensive feedback, but it's worth the read. We've been on a four-year journey to install solar panels on our property. It's been a long road with some unique challenges. When we started, our property had three different meters, including a 3-phase one. We've reduced it to two now, but the multiple meters added complexity to the installation process. We initially planned to install the solar panels on the roof of our barn, but the building wasn't correctly permitted by the previous owners. We also have numerous tall Ponderosa Pine trees on the property, causing excessive shading. To top it off, our high energy consumption meant that we needed a large, 60-panel residential system. These factors made it hard to find a solar company willing to take on our project. Some companies didn't even want to discuss the project with us. We even contracted one company, but they failed to complete the job due to these challenges. Just when we were about to give up, along came David and the dynamic team at a certain solar company. They jumped in and solved the last challenge we were facing. Once we decided to go for a ground mount system, we wanted a raised system that could also serve as a shelter for our animals. Many companies didn't offer this kind of solution, but David's team did. The process of getting approval for multiple power meter aggregation and the removal of one meter took some time. But David's team were persistent in seeking approval and kept me updated throughout the process. After we received the final approval, the installation was scheduled for the following week! Initially, I was slightly apprehensive about the capabilities of the growing company. I wondered about the team's skills, their equipment and so on. However, they arrived on site with about eight workers, all displaying excellent work ethics, equipped with fairly new trenching equipment and tractors. They had to install a massive raised panel system and dig over 400' of trench through some tough ground. I was amazed at how they managed to complete this project! If they could handle a complex project like ours, I am confident they could tackle any solar system installation. I am eagerly anticipating our solar production and our first annual true-up bill. We aim to achieve net zero with our efforts. A huge thank you to David and his incredible team!
