Exceptional! Sergio is a really great person. Though I only needed some spare components for my laptop, he took his time to find just what I needed. What a pleasant surprise to find such an individual. I have no doubt that he is capable of successfully addressing any and all computer issues with patience and expertise. Serge was great! I walked in with my burned laptop that wouldn't turn on. He immediately stopped what he was doing, diagnosed and repaired my issue in 20 mins. Probably would have gone quicker, but he was showing me how to do it myself next time. That's good business 📈 💯. And it would have cost me a lot more for worse service at Best Buy. Highly recommend this guy.

Sergio helped me at one of the most crucial times when my personal laptop went down while on an orientation call for my first day of work before my work laptop was shipped to me. I called around and he was the most responsive and professional. I took my laptop to him and he was a man of his word. He diagnosed it, fixed what he could in the timeframe he told me, and charged a fair price. Still not completely out of the woods, but he will be my go to. A bonus: I happened to walk in while he was checking out a customer who said he was going to recommend a friend. Just further confirmation that I was in the right place. **I need to update this to add what a lifesaver Sergio ended up being. I essentially lost all my files after getting the laptop back and it working fine. I tried to upload what ended up being a bad driver. Sergio not only honored his warranty, but went above and beyond and by a miracle he was able to retrieve them.

I needed my computer fixed after my corded keyboard snapped back and hit the screen. Sergios communication and transparency were great. I also appreciate his patience with me as I'm kind obsessive about my possessions. But he was very good about giving me updates, sending pictures of the progress, videos etc. If I ever need anything in the future id go back to Sergio!

My PC did not want to power on so I decided id take it to Surge Tech to get it repaired. He explained to me the problem and that I needed a new part. He installed the new part, and assembled my PC all back together. My Pc is now running good like it used to and powering on, thanks to Sergio. Surge Tech does great work and even greater customer service. 👍🏽
