Small store, but a big heart. They really care about animals and helping out people. They have some items hard to find at other locations, but we'll worth spending a little more to support such a great small business!

I had such a great experience at Chow Hound today! I came in looking for a new dog food because my pup has been dealing with some stomach sensitivity issues. I spoke with both Jackie and James, and they were incredibly helpful and kind. They took the time to understand what was going on and recommended a food that seems to be just right. They even helped me find a better cat food for my cats while I was there! The whole visit was so pleasant—Jackie and James were genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for quality pet products and outstanding customer service.

This place is a hidden gem. I feel really silly about this but I've driven by it 1000's of time and I swore it was a chinese restaurant. I'm not even sure of the clerks name, or perhaps she was the owner, but she gave me 1 on 1 advice, dropped a knowledge bomb on my head, and was soooo friendly. Oh, she had her little pup hanging out front waiting to greet you! I recommend you stop by and just see what they have.
