Excellent work! Dropped my Gaming Laptop off late Wednesday and had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon the doctor got it done same day as parts delivered! Price wasn’t bad either he was fair and honest.
Gave me some awesome & amazing price computer suggestions, because mine was really outdated & no longer had any updates available. He gave me suggestions for another, faster, better, & all in one, which cost the same price it could’ve been to get my old one fix. Thanks computer doc☺️!!
All other repair shops were telling me that a battery replacement takes 3-5 business days and costs $300 but he got it done the next day for $140. I also appreciate his customer service and quick responses.
Intel 13th and 14th generations need to be updated due to critical instability issues, so I needed my motherboard BIOS updated, and didn't want to spend hours troubleshooting it myself. I asked around and one place was charging $180+ but could cost less depending on what it is. So I didn't get an actual straight answer. Called up Mr. Cutara Belcher and asked how much and he said around $20. Few days later I took my PC up to his office around 2pm and dropped it off, told me he'd try and get it done same day. He called a little after 5pm and waited for me to come pick it up. Knowing that I was a gamer, he spent that extra time to have it finished same day. I was able to go home and play games with my now updated motherboard. If anyone is having PC issues, I highly recommend going to him. I will definitely be coming back for future updates/problems.
