YaYou was incredibly helpful while I struggled to fix a plumbing issue at my grandparent's house. I am not a plumber and have never done any work like this before, I ran into multiple issues and was at the store asking YaYou for advice on my many trips to the store. He walked me through every step and helped me have the confidence to complete this task. I would not have been able to fix this plumbing leak without his knowledge and patience. YaYou made a really emotional and difficult time for me less stressful by being calm, patient and sharing his experience. YaYou is an asset to this store, I am grateful he was there to help me with this project!
What an amazing change this store has made! The employee at the register in the garden area, super nice. We will definitely come back to this Home Depot. A very nice black man welcomed us as we went in. Bobby thanked us for coming in as we went out. Ryan is a huge help every time we come! So happy to see such wonderful changes to this store!!! It's the first time I have ever written a review for Home Depot. But the girl at the checkout, Jenna, was so pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job, it made me happy. I don't know if I spelled her name right. The guy in the paint dept. yesterday was a different story, and I won't go there, but Jenna made up for him!
Can’t say enough about the staff that attended me. Robbins, the cashier lady, and the other guy that helped me purchase a large tool box were great. They are an embodiment of perfect customer service. Thank you!
A huge thank you to Anthony for his outstanding help!
