Attended a wedding here: Absolutely love the two spaces for ceremony and reception. Old building charm with modern updates. Backyard area is ample for guests to mingle during cocktail, patio is mostly enclosed for those who might have found it chilly in December. Staff were super friendly and helpful, all around a great venue.
The show was great! Only reason for 4 stars is the venue. I couldn’t even clap because I had a drink in my hands and no table to sit it on. Was kinda packed in. Actors were friendly and professional and very talented
We loved the Rutherford! We had our wedding here in November and it was magical. Really the best thing about the Rutherford is working with Yasha. She was so helpful and generous. She really wanted our day to be what we wanted it to be (which shockingly isn't always true in the wedding business). She was flexible and attentive. She was AMAZINGLY organized. Without her, our day wouldn't have been as wonderful as it was. The Rutherford is so versatile too. Our wedding looked so different from others before us and we loved that there are so many different spaces between the indoor area, covered patio, and the lawn.
We’ve been shooting in Greenville for years and this was by far one of our favorite wedding venues! The staff we met and worked with the day off was super friendly, the indoor space was perfect for photos, and the reception space was solid! If you’re looking for an awesome wedding venue in the Greenville area, and you’re digging the industrial vibe, you should definitely visit The Rutherford!
Such a unique and beautiful event space, especially for a wedding. Not every venue has an extra space devoted as a back up plan for your ceremony. The Rutherford not only has that, but that space is just as beautiful as the outside ceremony spot. The staff is also top notch!
